You get two complete plans, one for home and one for the gym. Just like all our other programs, you will have the option to complete your workouts in the gym, at home, or a combo of both!
4 weeks of metabolic training will help you burn more in less time! You can expect upper, lower and full-body splits containing super and tri-sets programmed by certified professionals.
You’ll calculate your custom macros in our app using “Fat Loss” as your goal and “Active” as your activity level. We’ll show you that you don’t need to starve yourself to see incredible results.
Each exercise includes a how-to video accompanied by a description, so you never need to worry if you're doing a movement correctly. You'll learn why strength training is better than cardio for fat loss.
You'll start with four 15-minute cardio sessions/week. Two of those will be LISS and the other two will be HIIT. We’ll walk you through the details post purchase.
